Our sourcing

Avitka is an independent retailer. We buy new, sealed units from U.S. distributors. We are not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, these brands.

We sell new products only. We do not sell used, refurbished, open-box or replica items. Products ship in the manufacturer's original packaging, with the manuals and parts that come with the product.

Manufacturer's warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. You may contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us and we will help you file the claim.

If a product is not genuine or not as described

If you believe a product you received is counterfeit or is not as described on our site, contact us at contact@avitka.com or +1 (816) 280-9461. Please include your order number and photos of the product, its labels and its packaging.

If we find that the product is not genuine or not as described, we will refund you in full. We will also arrange the return at no cost to you and will review the issue with our supplier.

Brand names and trademarks

The brand names, product names and logos on avitka.com belong to their respective owners. The brands that appear on our site are:
