Sourcing. Avitka is an independent retailer. We buy new, sealed units from U.S. distributors. We are not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, these brands.

We sell products from Backyard Discovery, Detail K2, DR Power, DuroMax, Gorilla Playsets, KidKraft, Lifetime, Toro and Troy-Bilt. Items ship in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Shipping and returns

Overview

Free curbside freight delivery to all 50 U.S. states on every order.
Orders ship within 1 business day. An order placed by 5:00 PM CT ships the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping, with carrier tracking.
We do not ship outside the United States, to military APO addresses, or internationally.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, free return shipping on approved returns, $0 restocking fee. Items must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Cancellation before shipping is free of charge.
