We rely on a small set of service providers to run the site:

  • WordPress and WooCommerce: run the website, shop, cart, and order records.
  • Hostinger: hosts the website and its data.

Sharing

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed: with the service providers listed above, with freight carriers to deliver your order, with professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, and with a successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we add advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first and add a "Do Not Sell or Share" link.

Retention

7. How long we keep information

We keep order and accounting records for as long as needed to provide warranty support and to meet tax, legal, and accounting requirements, generally several years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

  • request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); and
  • not be treated unfavorably for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email contact@avitka.com with your name and the email address used for your order so we can verify it is you. We respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent, and if we deny a request you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
