Certain heavy outdoor machinery or specialized equipment may be available exclusively online in limited quantities. These items are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, build dimensions, and specifications of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device screen display of any color will be completely exact. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Trust & Payment Terms
Every piece of equipment on avitka.com is 100% genuine and sourced directly through authorized manufacturer distributor networks. We do not sell open-box clones or unauthorized grey-market goods.
In the unlikely event of an inadvertent technical pricing error, Avitka reserves the right to cancel affected orders and immediately issue a 100% full refund to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Chargebacks should only be filed for unauthorized fraudulent activity. Illegitimate chargebacks will be investigated and formally contested.
